With Elite Marketing Alliance “EMA” A customer may purchase products at retail price or at wholesale when a customer has agreed to be on auto-shipment each month.
Refunds are only given if the thirty days eligibility requirement is met and if the refund is requested. To request a refund, you must send an email or call customer service. Always include your customer Username or ID number when communicating with customer service.
Elite Business Owners “EBO” are given access to all training, marketing tools and back office portal, when they choose to participate in our EMA business opportunity with the purchase of an Elite Business Owner’s Starter Kit.
There are no long commitments in which a Customer or EBO must purchase products. A Customer or an EBO may cancel their orders for a 100% Unconditional refund NO questions asked at any time for any reason within the first (3) days of ordering the product, simply by logging into their EMA website.
The company will only provide ONE refund for one opened product and not multiple opened products. The company will refund the initial shipping and handling cost and 100% of the product cost within the first three (3) days of ordering. The company does not refund the cost to ship the product back to the company. The company does not accept any shipping collect packages and the postage must be pre-paid by the customer or member.
When returning product you must use a return Merchandise Authorization Form (RMA) provided by the company to be sent with an RMA number provided by the company. The RMA Form must be sent with the product when returning the product. Please request the RMA from customer service when returning product(s). No refund of product will be granted on return product without the RMA form.
Sales Materials: After the initial three days of ordering, the Company does not offer a refund for sales materials.
Damaged Product Replacement: Defective products determined by the company will be replaced promptly. Company will pay for shipping costs.
Commission Recoup: The Company reserves the right to recoup any commissions paid that were generated from the sell of the returned product(s).
Rejection of Repetitive Returns: The Company reserves the right to reject repetitive returns or replacement of products.
First Product Purchase: Any Refund requested will be considered a notification of cancellation of the customer and/or member from the company. And there will be no further financial obligation to the company.
Repurchase of Inventory Policy: The Company may repurchase items of distributors under strict guidelines. All items must be in resalable condition. The company will charge a restocking fee of 10%. The company will deduct all commissions paid on the purchase of such inventory. The company will not repurchase any seasonal or discontinued items.
The company does not refund promotional items or sales materials.
All refunds are subject to adjustments made for commissions paid to the EBO. The company does not make cash refunds. Any member of the company who disputes the payment of product(s) on their credit card and it is concluded the products was authorized and shipped by the company to the correct and given address. Will be immediately terminated and removed from the system and all future commissions and bonuses will roll-up in the marketing structure.
The members are bound to the guidelines of the Elite Business Owner Agreement, which includes the Return Policy. All refunds for product purchase will be provided by Elite Marketing Alliance, Inc. and not its 3rd party Merchant Company or the Elite Business Owners Credit Card Provider.
An EBO can continue to receive commissions when their qualified Business Volume “BV” is met each month, even after the EBO have decided not to participate in the business opportunity.
EMA maintain a 30 days 100% refund policy, not including the shipping and handling charges after the first three days of ordering has expired. And if you are not completely satisfied with the product, you must cancel your order by phone or email within thirty business days of ordering the products to receive a refund. After the first (3) days of ordering has expired, you will no longer be eligible for the shipping and handling refund, just the cost of the product(s).
If you are unsatisfied with any product for any reason after three (3) business days have expired, you may ship the unused product back anytime within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the product cost. You will not be reimbursed for the shipping and handling charges.
The monthly auto-ship program: When you choose to have your product(s) sent to you every month you may cancel your auto-shipment order at anytime within 5 days before your products are scheduled for shipment.
