8. 6% MONTHLY REVENUE SHARE BONUS-POOL (Paid Monthly)

The 6% Monthly Revenue Share Bonus Pool is the top of our compensation plan, where those whom acquire
this level of achievement will experience financial independence. There are three qualified Elite rankings that
will share a total of 6% from the company’s BV (Business Volume) each month. They are the GB8s, GB9s and
GB10s. All GB8s will share equally of a 1% Revenue Share Bonus Pool. All GB9s will share equally of a
2% Revenue Share Bonus Pool. And all of the GB10s will share equally of a 3% Revenue Share Bonus Pool
each month.
